About Me

I am a wife of an amazing man and a mother to one beautiful 2 year old girl.... and on top of all that, I work full time... and by full time I mean 40-55 hours a week! My husband bought me a sewing machine that I let just sit around for about a year before even opening it... Yes, it intimidated me that much. Needless to say, I finally worked up the courage to make a simple pillow-case dress for my little one and that was it. I was hooked. Not only with deciphering patterns and sewing new clothes but for crafting in general. It's funny, because I always thought I was incredibly untalented, and not original at all but I've discovered that you truly can do anything if you try. And at the end of the day, you are creating things that you enjoy for yourself, so if you are the only one who enjoys what you made then it's really not the end of the world.
